Clean Size Charts

Clean Size Charts is a Shopify app used by more than 3,500 apparel, footwear and accessory stores to help shoppers choose the right size before they buy. Merchants build a size chart once and show it on every matching product, in any language, with a size recommender that suggests a size from height, weight and fit preference.

Sizing Insights reads the fit feedback in your product reviews and shows which products run small or large, where fit complaints cluster, and which of those products still have no size chart. Fit Notes publish that guidance on the product page, so shoppers see it at the moment they pick a size.

The result is fewer sizing questions, fewer size-related returns and more confident purchases.

Connect Okendo to Clean Size Charts and the sizing language already in your reviews becomes guidance for shoppers. Clean Size Charts imports your Okendo reviews through the Okendo API, reads each one for fit signals, and turns them into per-product verdicts (runs small, true to size, runs large) with the review quotes behind them. Products with enough consistent feedback get a fit note on the product page, for example "Customers say this runs small. Consider sizing up."

You also see where fit complaints land on products that have no size chart, so you know exactly where a chart would help most, and how fit complaints trend over time as you fix them.

Setup takes a couple of minutes: paste your Okendo User ID and API Key into the Okendo card in Clean Size Charts and the first import starts right away. New reviews are picked up nightly. Requires the Okendo API Access add-on, and the Clean Size Charts Plus plan for Sizing Insights and Fit Notes.
